When is alcohol abuse treatment needed? Does an addict have to get alcohol abuse treatment in order be free of drug and alcohol problems or can it be done on ones own? My father has a drug and alcohol problems and I really want to find him a good alcohol abuse treatment center to attend. I don’t think he can break loose from this on his own even though he says he can. How can I make sure he gets the help he needs?
